Return and Exchange Policy
For all items not marked “final sale,” our return and exchange policy is 30 days.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Please place return and exchange items in the provided clear bag to ensure the product’s longevity during transit.
Clothing must have the original tags attached and must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, and animal hair.
We recommend trying on all products indoors to maintain their original condition. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which must be undamaged and include all accessories (e.g., shoelaces), and the shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in a new, resalable condition with no stains or signs of wear.
The shoe box is an important part of the product presentation and must be returned in perfect condition. Do not attach return labels directly to the shoe box.
Swimwear and sports bras must be returned with the hygiene liner intact.
We reserve the right to adjust the refund if the returned item is not in new condition.
Returns or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. You will be notified by email once processing is complete.
For orders purchased using gift cards and other payment methods, refunds will first be issued to the corresponding gift card.
“Exchange Only” items can be exchanged for a different size or style (additional charges may apply) within the return period, or returned for store credit.
We do not refund original shipping costs.
